On good days I kayak fish solo, but on better days we kayak fish tandem.

It's better to sit in a boat thinking about God; then to sit in church thinking about fishing.

Fishing is not an escape from life, but often a deeper immersion into it.

About

Hello All!

Just to give a little insight into me and what I am doing on this site I would like to let you know a few things about me upfront so that there isn't any confusion in reference to my posts. :)

I only provide reviews on products that I have thoroughly used during my fishing experiences.

I am not rich; so all products that I use will not be the most expensive or best product money can buy.  I am buying for my own personal use and am stuck with them if I don't like them.  Therefore you will always get an honest review.

I am not a super experienced fisherman.  I have only been fishing consistently for about a year.  I have a lot to learn but that is part of the reason that I am staring this blog.  I hope in writing about fishing that I will learn even more then just trial and error of fishing.

I am not (currently) endorsed by any company or group.  I am registered with Texas Fishing Forum and Texas Kayak Fisherman.  My user name is darjeeling and hopefully I will get to meet some of you guys.

All product names used in my post are property of the manufacturing company and are only used for the identification of products that I am using.  Not sure if that covers me, but it is a good start.

Feel free to tell me what I am doing wrong and/or right.  I appreciate all types of feedback.

Thanks!
